Terms of Use

The service

HVAC Matchline is a free referral service. We are not an HVAC contractor and do not perform work. Calls are routed to independent, licensed contractors who set their own prices and are responsible for their work.

No guarantee of availability

Coverage depends on contractors who serve your ZIP code at the time you reach out. We don't guarantee that a contractor will be available, or that one will arrive within a specific time.

Contractors are independent

Contractors are independent businesses, not employees or agents of HVAC Matchline. Any agreement for work, pricing, warranties and permits is between you and the contractor. Verify licensing and insurance before hiring.

Information on this site

Guides and service descriptions are general information, not professional advice for your specific system. Never attempt gas, electrical or refrigerant work yourself.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, HVAC Matchline isn't liable for work performed by contractors or for damages arising from use of this site.
