When you call, we may collect your phone number, ZIP code and a short description of the problem so the call can be routed to a contractor who serves your area. Calls are routed through call-tracking numbers and may be recorded for quality and to confirm that a call was connected.

How we share information

HVAC Matchline is a referral service. Your call and the details you give are passed to the independent HVAC contractor who receives it, and to the call-routing partners that connect it. Contractors handle your information under their own privacy practices.

Website analytics

We use first-party storage to remember how you arrived (for example, the ad or search that brought you) for 30 days, and may use analytics and advertising tags to measure which pages and ads lead to calls. You can block cookies in your browser.

What we don't do

This website has no forms and doesn't ask for your name, address or payment details. We don't sell lists of personal information to data brokers.

Your choices

You may ask us about information tied to your phone number, or ask that it be deleted subject to legal limits, by calling (202) 555-0142. Residents of some states have additional rights under state privacy laws.
